The Chappaquiddick Beach Club is seeking

a dynamic and experienced Director

for the 2026 season at Camp CBC, our summer day camp.

 

Camp CBC runs Monday – Friday, 10am -1:30pm

from June 29 to August 21.

 

If you are engaging and creative with a passion for working with children, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute engaging activities for children aged 3.5 to 7 years old.

• Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment.

• Lead a team of enthusiastic camp counselors.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers.

 

Qualifications:

• Education background or previous camp director experience preferred.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Enthusiastic and creative approach to camp programming.

• Ability to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

• Experience working with children aged 3.5 to 7 years old.

• Familiarity with first aid procedures and emergency protocols.

 

Benefits:

• Hourly wage of $25/hour

• Sign-on and end-of-season bonuses

• Chappy Ferry passenger tickets provided for employees who do not live on Chappaquiddick.

• Staff Appreciation events throughout the summer.
